AlbAnna has a suite with a double bed overlooking the lagoon and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Double room with twin beds (or double) garden view. Adjoining bathroom with shower. Open space living space with equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher and microwave) double sofa bed and large panoramic window. Laundry room with washing machine and sink. Habitable garden with lounge area, dining table, outdoor shower and outdoor hot tub.

General terms and conditions

Check-in time from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. At check-in, you will be given the contract together with the paper regulation, which must be read and signed.
Check-out time from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The exit time must be respected, subject to agreement between the parties.
CCTV cameras outside the facility.
CCTV cameras in common areas.
A security deposit of €200.00 in cash (non-interest bearing) will be required at check-in. The amount will be returned at the end of your stay, after checking the condition of the property and furnishings.
For security reasons, persons who are not registered with the appropriate agencies are prohibited from entering. Violation will result in automatic termination of the contract.

Terms of payment and cancellation

Upon confirmation of reservation, a down payment of 30% of the agreed total is required, by instant bank transfer (send copy).
The balance can be paid upon check-in, directly at the facility, by instant bank transfer or cash.
No other payment methods are accepted.

Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival. From the 30th day before arrival, 50% of the deposit paid will be retained. From the 15th day before arrival, 100% of the deposit paid will be withheld. In case of no-show, 100% of the down payment will be withheld.
In case of early departure, no amount already paid will be returned.

Pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and rights.

The treatments are also carried out with the help of computerised means with the following purposes:

To acquire and confirm your reservation of accommodation and ancillary services, and to provide the requested services. Since this is processing necessary for the establishment of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except in the case of giving special, so-called sensitive data. In case of refusal to give personal data, we could not confirm your reservation or provide you with the requested services. Processing will cease upon your departure, but some of your personal data may or should continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;
in order to fulfill the obligation provided for by the “Testo Unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza” (Article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773), which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the generalities of the clients accommodated according to the modalities established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree January 7, 2013). The provision of the data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and in case of refusal to provide it we could not accommodate you in our facility. Data acquired for this purpose are not retained by us unless you provide us with your consent to storage as stipulated in Section 4;
To fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. Pet these purposes the processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. The data are processed by us and our appointees, and are communicated externally only in fulfillment of legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for these purposes, they are retained by us for the time stipulated by the respective regulations (10 years, and even longer in case of tax assessments);
To expedite the registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, pre via acquisition of your revocable consent at any time, your data will be kept fort the maximum period of 5 years;
